The Energetics of Being Blog

Welcome to 'The Energetics of Being' blog.

We are all subject to conditioning from the moment we are born.  Whether it be through our dna (epigenetics), our lived experiences, the people we spend time with, our energetic field or our soul's previous experiences.

Our identity & who we choose to be is created through all of this 'conditioning', but not all conditioning is bad.

This blog is a space for me to share the exploration into my own energetics of being.  My hope is that you will find it useful in your own self exploration.

Happy reading,

Sarah xx
