Back in 2008 I felt trapped in the life I had built for myself. From the outside looking in, I had it all - a great salary, successful career, and on the property ladder by age 27.

But I was miserable. Crying myself to sleep every Sunday dreading Monday. Somehow I had lost my direction. I found myself stuck, overworking and overwhelmed on a path that didn’t fulfil me in the slightest.

In November 2008, I was given a MASSIVE wake up call & a second chance at life.  I'm so grateful to not only still be here, but to also have my beautiful neurodivergent family.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing right?

I can now see that I was massively out of alignment with myself, and my values. Taking on too much energy & influence from other people, rather than trusting my own intuition. Trying desperately to fit in to a world that just wasn't ME.  Making poor decisions that didn't align with who I really was or wanted to BE.

My mission is to help other neurodivergent women avoid burnout.  To rediscover their true selves, realign with their soul's purpose, and decondition from all the BS that is stopping them from stepping into their magnificence.

I do this through my 3 phase process of discovery, deconditioning and embodiment.
