I am so happy you found your way here.  Because it means you're in possession of The 2025 Energetics of Being Journal!

Thank you for inviting me in to be a part of your journey through 2025. I'm excited to see how things unfold for you.

This bonus page will be updated throughout the year. So keep checking in as I'll add some resources to support your energetic evolution.

At the end of each quarter, you'll be invited to join me for a 90 minute online group review session.  We'll do some reflections on the previous quarter. A bit of goal/intention realignment. Plus a bit of whatever else feels in alignment with the themes that come up in the group. This might be an Akashic journey, a meditation or an energy clearing.

It's the first time I've ever offered anything like this before. So I'm very much embodying my playful, experiential Line 3 energy to see what works and what doesn't. I might not get it completely right, so your feedback will be massively appreciated as we progress through the year.

If...like me...you are neurodivergent and experience object permanence issues (out of sight, out of mind). Don't worry I've got it covered. You'll need to sign up to my 'journal updates' emails.
